Eric and his staff were professional and timely during the whole process. The closing of our house went smoothly because they had everything done correctly and on time.
There virtual no communication and when there was some kind of hiccup you waited till the last miniute to tell us that you needed something we had already sent but you lost
If everything was laid out and could have been prepared a lot better and no last minute surprise.
