Good communication throughout the process. Adam and Tracy were great at letting us know what was needed, and how to workaround when we ran into issues. For first timers, they made the experience a lot less stressful.

I feel like could have been walked through the process more as a first time homebuyer. I also was told that the paperwork for my close would be done and even after pushing back the appointment by an hour the paperwork was still not ready.
Thank you to ALL of you guys at Fairway. We are in LOVE with our house, and I’m also grateful for all of your help.

I think the team did great. I had some complications on my end, I had a bankruptcy a couple years ago. I also had no realtor. They walked me thru the entire process and closed on the exact closing date they set. Great job!
