    Eric and his team were always quick with responses, as a first time home buyer, we had several questions, and I would estimate that I emailed them every day. I almost always received a response within 20 minutes or a call back in that time....

    every time I called the asst. I had to leave a message, and would not keep a call back. I time an individual answered phone and wouldn't take message, told me to call back.
