Eric is so friendly! A couple of times while he was on vacation Ebony needed paperwork that was already sent to his email. Docusign is a glitchy product that frustrated the process.
Eric and Ebony were super responsive. We had a lot of speedbumps that showed up during the process, and they were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Eric is a great communicator, and I'm happy to have used him!
Eric takes the time to explain all the details and every interaction was pleasant. He made the processes clear and easy to understand so it was not overwhelming.
