    Calculating our final payoff would've been if our reverse mortgage company would've been upfront about what we owed and what we didn't know about to pay off, made things aggravating from our point of view, but no fault of Eric and his crew

    It was a super long process but Eric made sure we were updated with the latest information. Eric responded quickly to any questions we had and boy did we have alot.
