Eric and lawyers were helpful
disappoinyed to have learned drom Matthew last minute that there was a $1500 application fee and 1% $4500 also charged to me
that is a total of $6000. Otherwise I am thankful.

Loan process was simple. The admin side was a lot of repeat questions and asks for info already provided or to ask for what was provided in a different format. Often times on phone call could have solved the issue.
