Great experience overall - highly recommended.
Our original closing date was set for 8/21/2020. We didn't actually close until 9/18/2020. We went with Freedom Mortgage because we have our primary home mortgage with Freedom Mortgage already and were happy with the customer service we received....

Everything went smoothly and Eric continued to check in on us throughout the entire process
It took a while to get the process started and I understand this was all due to covid-19. I was very patient and glad that everything went well. I did a refinancing and was glad to take on the best option suggested for me.
I was always kept informed of what was happening with my process. Very pleased.
Eric was beyond knowledgeable. He walked my wife and I through buying our first home. He was quick to answer all of our concerns. He set us up with a great APR on our dream home.
