Eric was a poor communicator who consistently dropped the ball, provided inaccurate information, and was not customer centric. He was extremely unprofessional in his emails. I would recommend that Eric not work in customer facing roles.

The process of acquiring th loan went smoothly. Eric was very knowledgable and helpful in answering all my questions.
Smooth and easy
Eric continually stayed in contact throughout the process. I can’t say the same about the document processing assistant who continued to ask for short notice documents even some I provided previously. Eric made up for it though.
