The Worst Loan Officer. i would give it zero stars if i could. First we were pre approved. And then we were not. Also never answers the phone or reply to text messages. He will tell you something and then change the story. Made us wait 2 weeks...

The amount of paperwork was daunting. We have never had to complete this much paperwork when applying for a mortgage. I know that this was not your fault but it was a lot of work!
