Some documents could have been requested a week or more earlier . It seemed like the company wasn't prepared for my type of loan or to close during the promised time I was told three weeks and it ended up to be 5-6 weeks

Eric was very responsive even after normal working hours. He took enough time to explain items to me in a way that bolstered my confidence in what is frankly a very big financial decision for me.

Eric was very responsive, and he went out of his way to make himself available. Eric always responded to emails, and he made himself available for phone calls around my schedule, including in the evenings and on weekends.
