Eric and his team were responsive every time i needed them. Had some homes we needed quick turnarounds on and I never had to wait on them regardless of what day or time it was.

Loan closed earlier than expected. Who can complain about that?
Eric communicated with well and often. We were never in the dark about what was going on and he made sure we knew what we were doing before finalizing a decision. He treated us like friends and not clients, which was much appreciated.
