    Eric moved things along so quickly even though I though I’d have a harder time getting a loan as someone who has been an at-home parent for many years and has just returned to full time employment.

    He was able to get my pre-approval done quickly, while a different lender was dragging their feet. This helped me get my house before It was gone in the this quick market. He also beat their rate and saved me money at closing
