Everyone was very helpful and transparent with all the costs. Also not super finicky about the paperwork to close which made the whole process very simple and easy compared to some other lenders.
Good communication and user friendly dashboard
Process was very timely, Eric was great but the process as a whole was very frustrating.

Eric, Nathan, and all the team at PennyMac were great. They were helpful, checked in, answered questions promptly, and were pleasant to work with.
I think the cost of points in order to obtain an investment loan was a little ridiculous. Definitely will do a little more research of other companies for my next purchase. As far as people, amazing. Eric was phenomenal and so was my loan originator....
