Prompt service was maintained throughout the process.
Excellent communication occurred to keep my husband and I informed.
Eric was extremely responsive and made sure to take time to answer our questions and inquiries. He was always working (weekends, evenings!) and had no problems turning letters around in 10 minutes. Great guy, we loved working with him.
Eric was kind from start to finish. He always was there to answer questions and concerns. He took time to explain the process and was awesome. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Eric was great and easy to work with, extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process. Eric helped us throughout the underwriting process and with a minor issue at the closing and always picks up the phone, returns emails quickly.
