Overall great experience. We did have to remind Eric about the deal he offered us in 2024 that if we refinanced by December 2025 we wouldn't have to pay the origination fee. Once that was brought up, it was quickly taken care of.
The time it took for us to go to closing, was very fast and efficient. you and your team were very helpful and did everything to help us.
