Eric and his team were fantastic! As a first time homebuyer I was a little apprehensive about the process but the professionalism, responsiveness, and insight provided by Eric and his team made the entire process simple and smooth.
It was my first time, so i was sure what to expect. I felt very confused and uninformed a lot.
Your part was good but an actual settlement with the seller would have been helpful.
I think Eric and his team did an excellent job. The online portal and it's use need improvements. I found it confusing. It looked like my tasks were only partly done, when there was nothing else to do.
Very helpful and accessible !
