Online document signing and reviewing service was inefficient. Calls to the office to report difficulty opening documents was often required. Also, Reminders were sent to me via email to sign docs already signed.

Great communication and quick to respond to my questions. ERIC and his team were always available for questions and was informed every step thru my process.
