    Multiple people communicating from Prosperity with varying instructions. At closing the loan was set up as no escrow, which was never something I requested. Still cleaning up issues from the transaction.

    Not his fault but the technical hurdles and glitches drove me nuts. Plus new steps we didnt have to do last time. BUT Eric was wonderful.
