I was amazed how smoothly everything went especially the closing. For the first time in my life, it wasn't stressful.
Eric made refinancing seamless and the whole process was completed within 3 weeks. He was always available to answer questions or concerns. An overall great experience and would definitely use Mutual of Omaha again in the future.
