Responsiveness

We were going to recast our current home mortgage with another mortgage company to reduce the principal and therefore the house payment. I had worked with our Senior loan officer Eric before and asked for his advice about a recast or a refinance....

Eric and the team were responsive, organized, and friendly. They helped troubleshoot some late requests from underwriting and were proactive throughout the process. I had multiple calls in preparation and was well informed of requirements.
