Smooth process! Great team start to finish!
Documents were constantly wrong and to be corrected more than once. Asking for forms to be completed that was not relevant to the loan I was requesting. little to no upfront communication on the last day.
In spite of the online issues Eric was an effective manager, deploying his team to rectify them.
