I have closed already on San Antonio properties and the funds still have not been released. The funds were supposed to go directly to my mortgage company, but I was told it was not possible the day of closing. The communication is really bad....

I felt the initial screening to survey to underwriting evaluation to closure in house everything was good. They also have some good referral policies.
