Quick and easy
Eric and team made the entire process seamless from beginning to end. He is also extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in a very easy to understand manner. Highly recommend!
Efficiency at all levels
Everyone updated me throughout the process. I was able to do everything on line and if I had any questions about what I was signing or requested to provide, I could just make a phone call. It was simple and painless.

Too many people were involved and did not know what each other was doing. Very disorganized group. We were sent an email regarding a discount for first responders which my wife is, but we did not qualify since the loan process had started.
