Eric was responsive and very helpful throughout the entire process. My husband and I almost lost the house of our dreams and thanks to Eric we were able to have a quick close without any problems.

Eric closed our FHA loan in 21 days and got us approved for a SETH grant. I recommend him to everyone i know looking to purchase a home. He made it very easy and responded quickly even when it was late.

I do close fast...I hear the average with other lenders is 45 days... doesn't make sense
