Emily was very easy to reach - extremely responsive and helpful during the entire process. She helped my lock in the best rate for me and also worked seamlessly with her coworkers to facilitate the final closing.
The whole process can be better communicated; Repeated phone calls were not responded in time; My request to get digital copy of my closing documents never got any response. Overall, It could have been better.

Very good experience. The only thing I'd wish was different was to use the signature name I requested on the signing documents versus my entire full name. Of all the numerous times I've done this, only one company has honored my request.
