Emily is responsive, and works to make the experience as smooth and easy as possible. Second time I have gone with her over a competitor and havenâ€™t regretted it one bit.

Emily knowledgeable, quick to respond, organized, friendly, helpful, and on top of every deadline. She is trustworthy which is why I will continue to use her for my loans and recommend her without hesitation.

I was extremely nervous going into refinance, but Emily was in constant contact, immediately responsive to any and all questions/concerns (there were a lot), and continually eased my apprehensions making the whole process smooth and stress...
