Liz was really terrific at handling everything.
Clear communication was the greatest part. Especially when I talked to Elizabeth on the phone, she was able to exaplain everything to me in very very clear manner leaving no amiguity behind.

She was always available to answer my questions and help move the loan along at sticking points. She gave me the reassurance I needed at the difficult points
She was very communicative and made sure to take her time to answer our questions if she did not know right away. In addition, responses were always in a timely manner.
