Very responsive and informed.
Good communication as well as very kind and quickly responded to any questions we had.
Elizabeth is great to deal with and helped with all my question. This is my second time using her and I intend on using her again in the future. I have also recommened my friends and co-workers to give her a call.
Communication
There was minimal communication through the whole process, especially, 2 days before closing when there was an issue and we were told we're "cleared to close." We had no idea there was a problem . You as the lender had our contract for 30 days,...

Communication, avavailability, conflict resolution, ease of the process
Liz's communication throughout the entire process made it very easy to navigate. Having a single point of contact was essential. She always responded quickly with any questions as time was essential as we got close to the closing
Liz was great , but theloan process was a bit intrusive. It went beyond normal when delving in to my finances.
