Eli often times went radio silent while we were trying to contact him regarding time-sensitive information; we would reach out multiple times for one answer and still no response. This led to making a stressful process even more stressful.
Constant communication, hard work to make sure a difficult file made it to closing, the whole experience was GREAT overall!
