Just the timing to get it all done
For one I never even talked to Eli Stella for two Rem was the most incompetent person I have ever worked with and he had no sense of urgency for us. I personally had to get my previous mortgage pay off for him two days after I signed papers....

I was given a horrible quote on closing costs. Then the loan officer came back and stated there was a mistake. Too late!!! I ended up getting a HELOC, kept my original mortgage, and received a much better deal as a result.Not impressed at all...
