my experience was great with ERIC. A checklist in the beginning of this would've made it easier to supply all the required documents. as time goes by, you gotta provide updated documents. day was a little hectic as I had a sign forms twice...

Communication throughout the process was smooth and timely. Never had to guess where we were in the process and our mutual clients seemed pleased with how everything was being handled, especially being first time buyers.
