Very smooth process. Easy to upload docs and very responsive to questions.

Eileen was as wonderful this time as she was when I first worked with her in 2005. Great experience. All questions answered quickly. Communication was clear. It was so easy to submit documents. Not sure that I would recommend any improvements....

Eileen was awesome! This was certainly a challenging time to refinance a mortgage given the COVID-19 issues, but Eileen & team made it a very seamless process!
