Ed held our hand through the whole thing and pulled us through. Super guy with super personality and knowledge. We were lucky to get him as a loan guy.
My LO and the processor were great, not problems with either one of them. The process was rather lengthy, and my house had to be appraised twice. The appraisals were very close in dollar amounts but, that held up things for about an extra week...
