Ed was great! The problem was with the paperwork from Corporate that had some misspellings, which caused delay.

Communication openly at Mr. Lynch
Edward was always on top of the process, made himself available to us, and communicated extremely well.
I got a few proposals and some did not even want to give me any $$ numbers. another guy had BS flowing from his mouth almost all the time. Must have sold used cars. But Ed went over all Line by Line, making sure I followed what I was doing....
