Eddie is an outstanding agent. I was completely pleased with his service. AAG’s internal processes need some work. Repeated requests for documents already received by AAG and long delay in finding an appraiser we’re problematic.
In addition to his professional acumen, Eddie provided timely follow-up and answers to all issues and questions during the loan processing. Moreover, he was always pleasant and engaged in conversations showing a more personal interest.
