Eddie was great to work with. The only recommendation we have is maybe having a Plan B or discussing options right away when escrow process is not going as planned, especially to prevent to many closing extensions.

Overall, Team Ed provided excellent customer service and as well as great communication with loan updates to us and the selling agent. Ed's daily communication with the selling agent ensured the transacion was able to close.

I just closed a transaction with Ed. I represented the seller and he was on the buy side, and he kept me posted every step of the way. We had some challenges but he was perseverant and excellent with his followers cup and he made it happen....
