He was very communicative, even though I was kind of hard to connect with. He didn’t give up. And he was very patient when we were going through the paperwork and my internet and devices kept dropping connections. He really was great!

Eddie was amazingly patient from the challenges of connecting due to schedules and missed calls. Then he walked me through the whole process of filling out the paperwork and even getting to the notary. The device kept dropping the connection...
