We were told several times there’s no loan available for us. Then we found Eddie. He was able to prequalify then finalize a HELOC for us. After a few hiccups with the application we were funded within a week of closing. Thank you Eddie!

It’s been great working with Eddie. He was able to get me approved for a wholesale HELOC with a low credit score. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Loan was funded in less than two weeks.

Eddie was very helpful with recommendations that made securing a loan possible. Without his help we would have likely forgone the process or agreed to a loan that did not have the rates we wanted. Highly recommended

Eddie got it done. Eddie was able to get us approved for a Heloc fast. He was very responsive and provided everything we needed to get us with a lender to complete the funding process.
