Overall the people I worked with and we're very competent. Your people go out of their way to be helpful which is important to me as your software and wasn't well documented.
Ed made the lending process very easy from Pre Approval to signing the papers. He and his team is very friendly and helpful, and answered any questions we had within minutes.
Ed responded to any inquiries in an extraordinarily timely manner and made our closing process very smooth!
