Easier to work with
Communication and timeliness were excellent. I was impressed with how quickly things moved along.
Ed was quick to respond, and was able to explain everything well.

Ed was always available to answer our questions and concerns. He made the process of purchasing our home as smooth as possible and we most certainly will use him again.
I had some trouble understanding everything that was going on and what i needed to do. Better explanation and tracking of documentation and notes on the things that may need to be submitted more than once.
