    Team needs to improve on communication I didn’t know what is going on, was hard to get contacted, submitted sane documents a few times. Wish had a better communication and explanation of the process.

    The actual process of getting my loan was mostly a non event because NFM was very helpful. The Extra Spam we were added to was less awesome.

I truly care about my clients and the feeling of helping them achieve the reality of homeownership, accomplishing something that in some cases they never thought possible, is why I love coming to work every day. When I’m not turning dreams into reality, I like to spend time with family, friends, and my two dogs Jenny and Olaf. This usually includes watching movies, and sampling many of the amazing cuisines and micro brews of the northwest. I also enjoy going to the gym and traveling.
