Overall there was a lack of communication throughout the entire process. Any questions we had were generally answered by others and then usually hours or days later were FINALLY addressed by Dylan after things had already been figured out....

Very communicative.

Dylan was informative and exceptionally prompt throughout the process. He continues to keep open avenues of communication and keep us up to date on every step. The entire process has been extremely smooth thanks to him!
