Dustan knowing I didn't know what I was doing and him helping me and guiding me through the whole process.
We just were in constant communication which was great. He was very open to calls and texts no matter what time. It made the process a lot easier.
Dustan always takes a difficult situation and turns it positive. He works extremely hard no matter what the price point is and knows how to handle a clients who don't respond with the urgency needed even when it is in their best interest.

In November 2011, after four short months with First Option Mortgage, Dustan became loan officer of the month for the Indianapolis branch. In June 2012, Dustan was featured on the cover of First Option Mortgage’s monthly magazine, the Pipeline, for being the top loan officer in the company for May 2012. He has remained a top loan officer ever seance. Dustan listens to the customer’s goals and looks for the best product available to meet that customer’s needs. He goes above and beyond to make sure customers’ needs are met and always available to them.
