    This place is under new ownership. Waited 45 mins for 4 orders to get home and they gave me the wrong things! Not what I’ve ordered. Food doesnt taste the same. The restaurant was HOT, no AC. Be warned, not the same owner.

    Speechless!!! The restaurant itself is very filthy. Also, the food quality is mediocre. The owner is so clueless about the bill at the end. Definitely my first and last time there.

    Banh cuon n fried yam were good. Prices r relatively cheaper than other banh coun restaurants in the area. Party size avail Parking: hard to find parking during peak hours

    Reasonably priced food with adequate portions. Food is tasty. Coffee is good. No tax. Accepts cards. Limited English but good people. 👍
