Duane DeGroff

Duane has the perfect balance of being present, but not aggressively selling. He has helped me evaluate every situation I have ever brought to him even when he had little to nothing to gain from it.

Duane was very helpful in our search for the right home. We had not purchased a home in about 20 years and so we felt like first time home buyers again. He was flexible with our difficult schedule and didn't hesitate to spend multiple hours...

Duane is amazing. He was attentive, always available, and very patient. Couldn't have asked for a better guy to help us purchase our first home. When we're ready to buy/sell in the future, I know who we'll be calling!!

Duane was a pleasure to work with. He offered suggestions on staging, and suggested offering a 1 year home warranty at a very reasonable price. The home was a well maintained, one owner that sold in 9 days from listing. This is the 2nd home...

Duane helped us sell our home in Kentucky. He did all he promised and followed up with looking after some of the things that needed to be done to the house after we moved and before the sell. I also used Duane when we purchased the same house...

Duane made suggestions, listed our home, and sold it to the first couple who looked at it! I cannot say enough about how he went out of his way to help us during and after the sale. I would definitely list with him again.

Duane DeGroff went above and beyond our expectation of an agent. We have been very impressed with his service and expertise. We felt a connection with Duane from the start and we consider him a friend now. I would and will happily recommend...

Duane has been our real estate agent for many years thru several home sales & purchases - he is very honest, knowledgable and to work with - highly recommend!!

Duane was very helpful throughout a very difficult situation. He coordinated all the details while I was relocating hundreds of miles away. I highly recommend him!!

Duane was on top of selling our home from day one and always has or makes time to help or explain the situation. I am a hard person to please but Duane did the job. Great person to work with.
