Drey was responsive to questions and went the extra mile to help obtain the documents needed to refinance Drey was really the only person we desl with during our refinance process We only received an email once in a while from the loan processor...

Responding promptly always giving a heads up on what's next step.

Dreylan was very knowledgeable and informative throughout the process! He was very patient, accessible and transparent throughout everything! I appreciate it!

The first processor thsa we had did not quote the loan correctly. This caused a large delay in getting the loan closed. While others Like Dyerlan,Brian and Meredith stepped up to make it work (and they were all great) I almost went to a different...
