I appreciated your consistent communication and your explanations of every step we went through made the process much less stressful.
Everyone on the team was so friendly and helpful.
They were also patient with us while we were looking for the right house. Whenever we found a house we wanted to make a bid on, we were sent a pre-approval letter right away.
I had to submit the same documents multiple times. And response times to questions was hit or miss.
