Drew responded promptly even on weekends, and he was honest about the benefits and lack of benefits of paying down the rate too far. He also helped communicate with unresponsive Perry reps

Sometimes was not as responsive. When transitioned to another office member assisting, it was confusing and not clear.
The communication and the time he took to help us get our home loan. He did everything he could to make the process easy.

There was a transition of personnel during my loan process but Drew Russo took over and did a fantastic job. There was no degradation in the service and he quickly earned my trust and respect. I lived overseas so there was a five hour time...
