Better communication from the processor and better communication as to the documentation required. Why can’t there just be a list of everything that’s needed given to the customer at the beginning of the process, even if it MIGHT be needed,...

Outside of the office I enjoy playing sports (golf, basketball, tennis) any activity really. Most of my time is spent with my family. My wife and two boys keep me busy, we spend most of our time outdoors and staying active. Our favorite family activity is a round of golf or putt putt.
I believe straight forward customer communication during and after hours and having knowledge of the mortgage rules and guidelines which I review all year long builds the best customer experience.
