Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. I was always kept up to date about the progress of the loan. It made the process really smooth for being a first time homeowner.

Thank you for the great survey Matt, I do try really hard to make the process as easy as possible for all of my clients, especially first time homebuyers.

The best thing was the loan officers attitude, he (Doug) was so great to work with, he took all our questions into perspective and consideration with patience. With that being said, communication was little and I felt left out of the "loop"...
